What qualifications do Harmony at Home candidates have?

Our nannies and maternity practitioners often hold childcare credentials like Norland, NNEB, CACHE, BTEC, NVQ or NAMCW diplomas. They may also have teaching or nursing qualifications, all of which we verify before placement.

How are candidates checked before placement?

Candidates are thoroughly screened: we conduct face to face interviews, check identity, qualifications, perform an enhanced DBS check, and speak to references.

What’s the benefit of using an agency?
