We are now looking for Commission Only Recruitment Consultants to manage the well established Essex region.   You will need to show drive and desire to succeed in this highly competitive and fast moving recruitment environment.   This area already has a good client base, having produced high monthly revenues during 2011.   Ideally you will have experience in recruitment or sales, although if you are otherwise of the right calibre, this is not essential.   Experience of child care, early years education or as a parent, is also highly desirable. You will need to demonstrate an ability to work from a Home Office, in an organised and autonomous fashion, with high levels of computer, administrative and interpersonal skills.   Additionally you will need to be a car driver/owner and show us you have the initiative to actively network, build leads and develop new business in the future.   We will provide support and training from Head Office, but you must be self motivated and not afraid of working in a target driven environment.

You will be responsible for all nursery duties. No driving necessary. The family live in a lovely location and would like the children to be taken out and about on day trips. A nanny who enjoys in-home activities and preparing fresh healthy meals is also important.
