Definition of a Nanny PA

A Nanny PA will take on duties as an assistant in a home office (answering calls, emails etc), assist with the running of the house (organising and supervising staff, buying groceries, keeping a family calendar up to date, organising holidays, paying bills, cooking meals etc) and part-time childcare (school runs and activities, homework supervision etc of older children). This is not suitable for a family who has a young child or baby needing full-time care.

Most Nanny PA’s are experienced with both childcare and office positions and have been running their own house for a few years. Can be live in or live out. Nanny PA’s are paid £300-450+net per week working 10-11 hrs a day.
Additionally they may care for family pets, and house sit when you are travelling – either as a proxy parent with the children, or on their own.

They may also travel with the family. Some Nanny PA’s are employed by families running businesses from home to help with the family business too.
