We are continually looking for new franchisees, motivated childcare experts who are interested in starting up a branch of Harmony at Home in their area. We have developed a simple and successful model, which means that our franchising arrangements are beneficial for all parties. Operating a franchise provides a profitable source of income for our franchisees and a guaranteed Harmony at Home level of childcare provision to local parents.

Our childcare recruitment team is also interested in expanding our number of home-based consultants. If you are an experienced recruiter and would like to work freelance from home, we would like to hear from you. We offer a set gross revenue percentage, based on your geographical area and division. We offer very competitive industry rates, minimal start-up costs, a fully funded start-up pack and OTE from £40k-£100+k. We currently offer two different arrangements for franchisees. A Territory (a specific region) or a Division (a specific field).
