Marcia has over 13 years experience in Childcare ranging from Nursery, Recruitment, Nannying and also as mother to her own son, Archie. Marcia has previously worked as a recruitment consultant for over 2yrs with one of the largest childcare agencies in the UK. She has lived in Kent and East Sussex all her life and has an excellent knowledge of the area. Marcia offers a very flexible service for interviewing candidates (by appointment) she is available 7 days week & evenings till 9pm.
