Nanny & Parent Cookery Course
This is our in house training course for both nannies and busy parents wishing to become confident in the hygienic preparation of healthy, quick and budget friendly recipes for babies and children. Each class has been created by a qualified professional Cordon Bleu Chef & Teacher, offering many years of experience and practical tips.
This course is great for Child carers wishing to indicate to prospective employers that they are competent in the preparation of children’s foods. Our Certificates provide a great addition to your professional portfolio, and you can list our course on your CV. Nanny Families are welcome to sponsor their existing nanny.

Our Course Consultants & Chefs:
John Fahy, graduated from Blackburn Technical College. He then spent over four years working all over the UK as a private chef to her Majesty the Queen and many other members of the Royal family. John then went on to work for Thomas Keller at The French Laundry, California, a prestigious three Michelin star restaurant. On returning to England he spent a year employed in the kitchens at the Waterside Inn, Bray, another three Michelin stared establishment. He has worked as a Cordon Bleu Culinary Teacher at Tante Marie School of Cookery, owned by Gordon Ramsay Holdings.
Helen Gray, a Tante Marie Graduate, who went on to help Gordon Ramsay and Marcus Waring open The Savoy Grill, a one Michelin Star Restaurant in 2002.On leaving the Savoy she was employed by the Royal Household as a private chef where she worked for over three years. Helen went on to become Head Chef at Promis Clinic in central London. Helen returned to Tante Marie School of cookery in 2008 as a Cordon Bleu Culinary Teacher. Helen consults with our Chefs and provides course literature.
