Franchisee Profile: Claire Fisher
Taking stock and stock taking at the Harmony at Home Children’s Eco Boutique franchise
Claire Fisher has a passion for great customer service. With a huge pride in the quality items that she sells, Claire is the proud owner of the highly successful Harmony at Home Children’s Eco Boutique franchise, which trades both online and in-store in Worthing, West Sussex.
After an early career in Charity Marketing and Fund Raising, Claire took a career break of 5-6years to raise her family. She then returned to work as an Accounts Director, until her children were old enough to look after themselves! At this point, Claire took stock of her life and decided that she needed a new challenge. However, this was easier said than done. Fortunately, it was then that fate intervened, when Claire’s husband, William, discovered a fantastic opportunity for more stock taking through the purchase of the Harmony at Home Children’s Eco Boutique franchise.
Initially, Claire was unsure:
“I loved the idea of owning a shop, but I didn’t have the confidence at first; as I had no experience of running my own business,” explains Claire. ”However, the fact that it was a franchise, with a fully comprehensive franchise manual, as well as support and training from Frankie, made it much more appealing.”
After much consideration, Claire decided to take the plunge. She raised the capital and bought the franchise; and she must be very glad that she did. Claire now owns one of the most successful franchises within the Harmony at Home group. And the secret to her success? Great customer service, whether it’s online or in store!
“I’d never have had the confidence to do it without Frankie’s support.” Claire Fisher, owner Harmony at Home Children’s Eco Boutique franchise.
